Create a ConnectAccount

Every approved contact sets up one verified account before accessing ConnectPay. Identity verification is completed before an account is approved for use. ConnectCorr does not provide status updates from institutions — approval decisions remain with the institution.

Step two

ConnectPay

Deposits are subject to weekly limits set by each institution and displayed clearly before every submission. A flat $5.00 processing fee applies per transaction. ConnectCorr confirms payment was submitted, but does not provide institution posting or inmate account status updates.
